In 1999, Rosemary Giuliano and Randolph (Rick) Richardson joined together opening the law practice Giuliano & Richardson, LLC in Woodbury, CT. David Sfara joined the firm in 2013 after more than 35 years with Carmody & Torrance in Waterbury, Connecticut. Each lawyer brings strength in focused areas of expertise and collectively provides a highly professional practice environment.
